MY TEACHING JOURNEY PART:-3
Day 21: November 4, 2024
Today, I taught Class 9A during the 3rd period and Class 9B during the 5th period. The topic was gravitation, specifically acceleration due to gravity. In Class 8A Chemistry, we discussed chemical changes, and I introduced real-life examples to help them relate to the topic.
Day 22: November 5, 2024
Conducted the lemon cell experiment in Class 8A to demonstrate electrochemical reactions practically. In Class 9B, I had the 1st and 3rd periods where we covered acceleration due to gravity on the moon. The students were fascinated by how gravity differs on different celestial bodies.
Day 23: November 6, 2024
Hena teacher came for class observation today. However, I was sent for a substitution class during the 7th period in Class 9A, where I supervised the students and engaged them in an interactive discussion about science-related topics.
Day 24: November 7, 2024
In Class 9A (4th period), we discussed mass and weight in Physics, where I explained their differences with simple experiments. In Class 8A Chemistry (5th period), we continued with chemical changes and started electrochemical reactions.
Day 25: November 8, 2024
Taught Class 9B (1st period) Physics on the topic of mass and weight. Used practical demonstrations to clarify concepts and engaged students with problem-solving activities.
Day 26: November 11, 2024
In Class 9B (5th period), we covered the unit on free fall, weightlessness, and circular motion. In Class 8A (6th period), Chemistry continued with chemical changes, focusing on electrochemical cells.
Day 27: November 12, 2024
Class 9A (5th period) - Physics (Gravitation - Circular Motion). We discussed the significance of circular motion in celestial mechanics and how planets orbit the sun.
Day 28: November 13, 2024
No scheduled periods today. Utilized the time to complete all my pending work and review students' notebooks for feedback.
Day 29: November 14, 2024
Children’s Day celebration! Wished all my students a Happy Children’s Day and participated in the school’s cultural events.
Day 30: November 15, 2024 Class
9B (1st period) - Physics (Buoyant Force - Introduction to Buoyancy). I conducted an interactive session using simple experiments to help students visualize the principle of buoyancy.
